This workshop will cover:
Discover how to apply the basic principles of program design to a variety of populations. The focus is on the practical application of program variables. There are so many methods of program design – how do you know how to best set up a program for a client? For an athlete? For yourself? This session will guide you through implementing the process that leading certifying organizations promote for programming effective workouts for a variety of clients. Programming tips for cardiovascular exercise, strength, and other fitness variables will be shared.
